My MacBook Pro won't start up.
- I have power.
- it makes the correct sound when I press the start button
- the white light on the front lights up when i close the lid
- the screen remains black
Yesterday I updated software via iTunes - Yosemite + one other item I can't recall now (was rushing so just clicked update all)
Went on with my work for an hour then shut down (Mail wouldn't close so I closed it manually but this occurs occasionally anyway & no probs previously)
SHutdown after closing Mail went as normal.
This morning PHHFFFTTT! Can't turn it on!
ALSO cannot find usual items received with my purchase - have every other thing I've ever bought from Apple but not for this item! ;(((
Have booked a Support call just now but that's at 6.30pm tonight - I URGENTLY need to access my laptop so am hoping someone can help me with this issue.
