How Do I record Screen + Audio

You will need to select an audio input before starting a screen recording in Quicktime Player in order for any audio to be recorded. To see which options are available to you, please follow the directions in the article below.

Excuse me. That does not answer the question. The question is how to record the audio on the computer, not outside audio. This link does not explain how to do that. Is it even possible to record the sound on screen? If not, why isn't it?

I see 2 options:

Built in Input - Line in , with which nothing is recorded either on screen or from my microphone.

Built in Microphone, which records my voice, but not sound from the screen.

HOW DO YOU RECORD SYSTEM SOUND FROM THE SCREEN???
