Contents Unavailable for my country's itunes store

So i've been trying to purchase
"Childish Gambino - Sweatpant"
I found it in google in iTunes, when i open my iTunes it says that it's not availble for my country's store but only to the US store and i can choose change store to view it.
I did and i saw it but still when i tried buying it, it says "your apple id is only valid for purchases in XXX (countrys name) . You will be switched to that store.
Is there anyway to purchase it anyway or maybe request they put it on my store?
never went through so much trouble trying to *buy* somthing. :\
