You do not need a SuperDrive to install Bootcamp Support Software. Please see System requirements to install Windows on your Mac via Boot Camp - Apple Support on instructions to download BC Drivers to a USB Flash disk. Please use a USB2 flash disk.

Bootcamp Assistant is already installed on OS X.
