BSNL carrier show only “searching” no network is shown

I am having an IPhone 4s with IOS version 8.1.3 (12B466) purchased from India. I am facing an issue with BSNL carrier, whenever I insert the micro BSNL SIM in my IPhone every time it show only “searching” no network is shown. I try with VODAFONE and TATA DOCOMO carrier they works perfectly fine.

Same BSNL micro SIM I have inserted in my friend IPhone 4 with IOS version 7.1.2 (11D257) it searched the network and works fine.

I think it is an issue with the IOS.

Please help me! Is there any patch or bundle available so that my BSNL carriers work with 8.1.3 (12B466)?
