Q: Photo stream is no longer on my iphone 5s

Hi techy's

I have a big problem with my iphone 5s.....ios 8.2

There are 720 photo's on my phone, but since last November photo stream has disappeared from my photo library and no longer streams photo's to my Windows computer. I have checked my settings and photo stream is turned on.

Also, When I connect my phone to my computer, it won't let me manually transfer photo's either.

Has anyone else had this problem and sorted it out.

Please help....It's driving my crazy !!
