I cannot receive or make calls from my ipad air 2. I had this feature on my tabled but recently I tried to use it and could call. I checked on youtube and realized that both on my iphone and on my tablet the facetime does not have the iphone celluar calls option!! Is this because i upgraded both devices to ios 8.2? is there a way how to fix this? Or do i have to downgrade to ios 8 again?

Hi Go to settings FaceTime make sure cellular data is on this only works when you are using your WiFi . Cheers Brian
Thanks Brian for your reply to my proble however my problem is that since I updated to ios8.2 the option of cellular calls is not available any more! When I go to settings and open FaceTime I have only the option to turn off FaceTime. maybe I have to downgrade my iPad back to iOS 8 or its a bug in ios 8.2..

Are both devices using the same Apple ID for iCloud?
Are both singed in to Facetime using the same Apple ID?
Are both devices connected to the same Wifi network?
Thanks for your interest to my problem Phil, yes all the three questions are positive, everything is as you said but when I go on FaceTime settings I still cannot see the cellular calls option! Should I reset the ipad?
Try a a reset first, by holding down the home and sleep/power buttons for 10 to 15 seconds or until you see the Apple Logo. Let the iPad root and test again.
Otherwise, you may need to restore the iPad to factory settings.
Thanks Phil, I managed to solve the problem by logging out from my iCloud account on both my my iPhone and iPad and logged back in and it did the trick finally its working. Thanks again
