When I subscribed to your feed in iTunes it came up empty. I accessed the feed in FireFox (my default RSS reader) and looked at the code - it ground to a halt in line 55:

However when I submitted the feed to Feedvalidator it showed the entire feed with no serious errors. The code looks OK there, but when I looked at that tag in PageSpinner it looked like this"

Note the   appearing before and after various names. These also appear further down the feed in episodes which evidently used to work and which show in the Store, so I don't know whether this might be the problem - it's certainly not a good idea to have these: I suspect they are word processing codes. If you've been pasting your text in from a word processing program you are likely to bring in formatting codes and forbidden characters such as 'curly quotes'. You need to compose these texts in plain text only. Why it's not caused problems before I don't know, unless you've modified all your descriptions. Certainly the line where FireFox gives up is the first occurrence in the feed of these code characters, which does suggest it's a problem there. iTunes is likely to fail completely when there are formatting codes included.
