my mac doesn't start up

my mac doesn't start up and there is a peep sound coming out.

I understand that when you start up your Mac, the computer doesn’t turn on and you hear a beep every five seconds. This can indicated that there is no RAM installed in your computer as described in the article below.

If you have installed different RAM on your computer than what it shipped with, I would suggest removing that RAM and testing with the original RAM.
