I have locked the sim card on my iPad. Every 10 seconds I get the message SIM locked - which I already know. How do I get rid the error message?

HOwdo I get rid of the error message SIM Locked? I locked it myself , I do not need to be reminded. I must admit that Apple's support is even worse than that of Microsoft.
