Hello oberczeller,
You can easily create a custom vibration for an alert that you receive by going to Settings > Sounds. Select the alert that you want to have a custom vibration like Ringtone, Text Tone or any other option. When you made the selection scroll to the top and you will see Vibration as an option to then select a Custom to walk you through creating one that you like.
