Why is my Facebook iOS app not loading?
My iOS and Facebook app are both up to date and FB was working fine until this week. Here is what I get
iPhone 5s, iOS 8.1.3, AT&T Family Plan
What have you tried to see if they fix it e.g have you tried :
- closing the app via the phone's taskbar : Force an app to close in iOS - Apple Support
- soft-reset (i.e. a reboot) : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content.
- logging out (Settings > Facebook > name > Delete Account) and back in
