Q: can´t make any calls after updating IOS 8.2! Help

Hello;

Need help!

I updated IOS 8.2 two days ago, and i cant make any calls since the update. I can only receive calls. and use data. I tried my simcard in the iPhone 5s without updated, and if worked.

And i have two weeks that my icloud photos are still uploading to my iPhone 6.

If you're unable to place calls, but you are able to recieve calls, then I'd like you to please follow through the troubleshooting in the article below in order to get this issue resolved.
