MacBook Air Charging takes so long time

Hi There,

any idea to solve macbook air with a long time to charge? almost 24 hours charging my mb air but doesn't seem its gonna full

i bought on August 2014 and i have claimed twice to ibox and they told me gonna replacement it to new unit but almost 2 months my mb air in ibox .. they didn't replace my mb air . they said we are waiting the new unit from singapore ...

very bad customer service in ibox indonesia..

my mb air have been repaired twice in ibox indonesia but the result its still same. nothing changes !!!!
