Absolutely, my daughter is running Windows 7 on her iMac via Bootcamp no problems. Mostly because of games.

You sure can, my advice is to buy a program called parallels, they have it on special for 39.99 you can use mac and windows at the same time. If you do not want to buy it you can boot camp you mac for free. I use parallels with windows 7 much safer and easier to repair incase of malware and viruses
