contact us page

Is anyone else having a problem getting the Contact Us page to work? I'm a new iBook publisher and I'm having a problem. When the go to the contact us page it says to pick an option form the dropdown menu, but there are no options on the dropdown menu, so I can't make a choice and can't access the next steps to send a question to customer service.
