How to put my name on wallpaper
I have a wallpaper photo, but I want to "property of ( my name)" onto the wallpaper photo ( or any photo I use for wallpape.). Is there a way to do this?

With any graphic editing tool that includes the capability to add text. If you want to do this on the iPad, look into Skitch, Photoshop touch, or peruse the app store.
