Podcast Submission to iTunes

I have tried everything I know to submit my podcast URL to iTunes. I've tried to follow every guideline iTunes requires in format, etc. However, I keep getting this message: "We had difficulty reading part of your feed". The URL I am trying to submit is: http://www.alvinisd.net/site/iTunesFeed.aspx?DomainID=4017

This was given me from the website provider following iTunes directions below. What am I doing wrong?

Defining Tags for Podcasts on the iTunes Store

When using tags specific to the iTunes Store, you must add the following namespace declaration as the second line in your feed XML:

The namespace declaration points to a document that defines the iTunes Store tags. Without this declaration, all tags specific to the iTunes Store will be ignored. Note that the namespace definition is case sensitive, and must be entered as shown.
