i have forgot my parental control code, i need the code to change the location settings but i haven't used the code in a while and i have forgot it⚠. How can i change it to access the controls again? many thanks! your help is needed!!🙂

That is the only way. Do NOT restore a backup to the device. The backup contains the restriction settings, including the passcode. Restoring the backup will put it right back where it is now.

Sorry, I don't understand "are you done i cba with that."
Those are Apple Support instructions and the only way I know of.
The iPhone does not store contacts or any other data on the sim card. If you sync your contacts to iCloud you will be able to get them from there. Settings > iCloud > Contacts.
If your have iCloud turned on for Contacts your contacts are stored there and will come back to the phone once you set it up again.
