unable to send photo via iMessage

Hi Guys,

I am having some issues sending photos via iMessage between my fathers iPhone 5s and my iPhone 6.

my fathers iPhone 5s can send me photos but when I try and send him a photo it fails with "not delivered", however sending normal text iMessage between the two phones works fine.

and another weird thing I can send photos to other people's iPhone's ????

so is the issue with my iPhone 6 or his iPhone 5s ?

iPhone 6, iOS 8.2

I understand that you are experiencing an issue where you cannot send MMS from the Messages application to your father’s iPhone 5s only. In this situation, I would recommend reading over and working through the suggested troubleshooting steps located in the attached article.
