How do I edit the Weather App list in iOS 8?

How do I delete cities from the weather app? iOS 8.2 iPod T5

Swipe the one you want to delete to the left and a Delete should appear

Thanks, takes a bit more than that. Gotta get the attention of that item in the list by holding on it until it "enlarges", let go and then you can swipe it. iOS 8.2.

Aha, now it is working as you suggested. Wouldn't do that until I deleted a bunch of erroneous cities. iOS 8 has some quirks to get used to. Restart may be a good thing from time-to-time.
