how do I delete items from my start up disk
I am told I need to delete items from my start up disk. How do I do that?

In most cases, you are able to delete files from your start up disk the same way you delete any file, see the article below. There may be some files that are required for the use of the system and while they should be protected from deleting or alteration, I would urge caution if you are not sure what you are attempting to delete.
