how do i reset my sync on itunes
When i plugged my phone in i clicked all for the sync and my phone can not store all and now i can not sync my phone. How do i reset those settings as i can not find it anywhere.

I understand that you connected your iPhone to your computer and selected to sync all available content from your computer to your iPhone. The problem it seems you now face is that your iPhone cannot store all of the information you choose to sync to it because of a space issue. In iTunes, you can choose what content from each section you would like on your iPhone as described in step 5 in the attached article. If you iPhone doesn’t have enough space to sync everything, you can remove the checkmarks to reduce the amount of data that is being synced.
