how do i enable my apple id on itunes

After renewing my apple id and password I am unable to download from the apple app store because my apple id has been disabled. I don't know what to do to enable it. Help

If you've reset your password then try logging out of your account on your iPad by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and then log back in so as to 'refresh' the account on it.

If that doesn't fix it then contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page
