App. Store Updates

What’s Up?

I have a MacBook Pro & it usually updates with out a problem. But this Security Update 2015-003 1.0 says it was installed yet I’m still seeing 1 update then I press update or update all & it just repeats the same words. What do you suggest I do? It also says to restart the Computer but its not restarting instead it then says Available updates have changed show details which again just shows Update All or Update. Some one help me please.
