Need Lots of help On My Macbook Air

So recently, my macbook air did something. The night before it was perfectly fine but then the next day something changed.

It's currently on Windows 7, and the language is very different. It's Chinese supposedly. And i literally can't read it , like i'm not even kidding you. I can't find out how to fix this because obvi. I can't read crap!

There's a disk in called BOOTCAMP, and i tried deleting by doing something just kinda guessing , but it won't like delete. And it's windows, lord knows that i have not used windows for the longest time ever.

Here's the major things wrong if i confused you:

--In Windows (don't want windows)

-Different language (literally don't even know)

--Bootcamp disk thing won't delete nor leave

-I don't know what to do to get it back to the regular apple screen and such.

--I can't do anything without messing up anything because i don't want to accident-ly delete something we actually need, because i can't read the language.

please help me.

well if you can,

that is. thank you so much !! ^_________________^
