Hello, fellow Apple users.
Today, I accidentally deleted some of my videos. It's a very important video for me and I would like to know how to restore or recover those data back.
For your information, it's an iPhone 4 and it's iOS 7.1.2
For anyone that knows how to fix this problem, please kindly help me.

As I understand it you need to restore some video that you deleted from the phone. You may be able to do that by restoring from a backup that has that video on it if you had created one, with either iCloud or iTunes. These articles will help you out if you do:
