•Contact Apple Support:

http://www.apple.com/support/contact/

Depending on region & country, various contact methods

are available. Some official Apple Store locations have a

live-chat access to discuss product information & to buy.

Others rely on a phone system, and do not imply that any

technical support would be offered. In some areas, you

may contact an Authorized Apple Service Provider for

help with a technical question if no official Store or other

option exists... some may show an email contact.

Hopefully you can contact one of the support options directly

however if the product has no AppleCare plan in effect, there

can be a fee to discuss issues & get technical support.

{Even though for some reason you've marked your own question

'green' or solved, I noted previously, you had two questions here.}

Good luck & happy computing! 🙂

I doubt it.

I recommend

We need much more information to give you specific help. Tell us step-by-step, in detail what your actions are.

Tell us a Story

- with a beginning, a middle and end. We need to understand everything that you know and have experienced.

If this issue is new, tell us what immediately preceded its onset - add software, upgrade or update? New equipment?

Quoted from  Apple's "How to write a good question"

To help other members answer your question, give as many details as you can.

  • Include your product (device) name and specs such as processor speed, memory, and storage capacity. Please do not include your Serial Number, IMEI, MEID, or other personal information.
  • Provide the version numbers of your operating system and relevant applications, for example "OS X 10.4.11" or "Safari 4.1.3".
  • Describe the problem, and include any details about what seems to cause it.
  • List any troubleshooting steps you've already tried, or temporary fixes you've discovered.

Thank you for your feedback.

Just because I am a new Mac user so there is lots of things about using Mac that I have not known.

I had contacted with Apple Support team to ask for help before, but now I can not contact to them anymore. There is no option about "Helping via chatting" like I did before. Now Apple just give me the option to "Shedule for a call". I do not want to talk via a call, it will be better for me to chat with Apple.

Just raised a new topic about this. Hope it will work!

For this topic only, via Apple, Inc (US) page where hidden URL itself links to US site:

• Contact - Official Apple Support:

Contact - Official Apple Support

"Get support by phone or chat, set up a repair, or make a Genius Bar reservation for iPhone, iPad, Mac, and more."

"Talk to Us: Get help " -- "Get a Repair: Set up a repair "

So the conditional nature of what may be available, if or when it could or would be

subject to change without much outward notice, appears subject to location/region

country, or in the Unending change within the Infinite Loop.™

{...uncertain if TM applies -- added just in case!...}

A mouthful of alternative possibilities, when a word such as or is placed within a sentence. 🙂
