My iPad wont connect to Apple TV since updating to 8.2
Can anyone offer any advice on my iPad and Apple TV problem? I have an iPad 3 and since I made the risky decision to update to iOS 8.2 - it will no longer let me connect to my Apple TV. I have the apple remote app, and it seems to let me connect to listen to music - but only within the remote app. it will no longer let me view videos or watch Netflix etc. does anyone have a clue as to what's happened? I have tried the following: turning my router on and off, restarting my Apple TV (cables out and everything), pairing it again, dis-connecting and re-connecting to the network and still the iPad wont budge.
I very much doubt it's my Apple TV though as my iPhone 6 connects just fine, and my iPad worked a few days ago with it until I finally decided to clear some room to allow for the 8.2 update, so I'm guessing that this is the problem.
Could anyone shed some light? Any suggestions would me much appreciated! Thank you.
