Recover a Pages document

Anyone accidentally trash a Macbook Pages document and then empty the trash but still was able to recover the document? I need to desperately get a document back. I tried 2 recovery programs. They can find old trashed Pages documents like 2 years old but not the one I trashed and emptied 2 days ago.
