You will have to try to recover the password or contact Apple for help.

IF you still cannot recover it, contact Apple according to the instructions here.

i reset my password but still i cannot change my question and answer , so i try second option but i live in Iraq-Baghdad and i cannot find phone number for Iraq , so can i email apple support or can i reset question and answer by using my email.
