Quick question everybody, let's say I have licensed Adobe and Microsoft software installed on my Snow Leopard, and I want to upgrade to Yosemite, will I still be able to keep my license on my Adobe and Microsoft? or do I have to buy a new ones for Yosemite?

The licenses will remain valid, however, you should check with their respective developers to verify the versions you purchased will work with Yosemite. In nearly all cases, updated operating systems require updated software. Only Adobe and Microsoft can answer that question, and determine if any additional expense will be required.
Check to make sure your applications are compatible. PowerPC applications are no longer supported after 10.6.
The iMac is 10.6, with Intel Core i3 CPU and 8GB RAM.
It has Adobe CS5 and Microsoft Office 2008 for mac installed.
My concern is will I be able to keep my licenses for the two mentioned above after upgrading to Yosemite?

You are welcome. Make sure you do a backup before upgrading.
My copy of Office 2008 kept it's license when I upgraded. I don't own any Adobe products, so I don't know what will happen. You might try asking on the Adobe forum.
Since operating systems (software) are updated all the time most if not all programs that require a key are linked to the computer hardware like the drive or processor so they should transfer without issue if only doing an operating system change. I have done that several times without issue.
