Apple Loop browser is latest update to Yosemite not showing /playin / re-indexing loops

Has anyone come across this issue ?

When I upgraded to latest Logic pro x and yosemite, the apple loops wont show in loop browser, even if I drag and re-import you cannot re-index anymore. I also have pro 9 and the loops work just fine there.

Is there a solution or do I have to re-install Logic?
