Started up this morning, black screen, I've done just about everything I can think of...
rebooted in safe mode
reset SMC
reset PRAM
tried putting it to sleep, then rebooting
I still get a black screen.
I have two big assignments due today and I'm still away on spring break, so I'm freaking out right now...
Any help would be very much appreciated!!

It sounds as if you are getting no video on your MacBook Pro, a disturbing situation to be sure. Let's see if we can get you back up and running. The steps you have taken already are a good start. I would like you to continue with any of the steps in this article that you have not already done -
