I've lost the contacts on my iPhone. It's backed up on my iMac via iTunes. How do I view the directory where it is stored. I'm Hoping that it is semi readable so I can re-enter the data. Thanks!

They should be sync'd to your Mac via iCloud.
You can't view them in the backup and they are stored in the backup ONLY for recent calls list.
