Can you make ios8 for iPod touch 4th generation?
PPlease could you get ios8 on the iPod touch 4th generation please, as I think it is strange not having it for the 4th but the 5th can so please can you help!!!

No. The fourth generation iPod touch doesn't have either 512MB of RAM(needed for iOS 7) or a dual-core CPU(needed for iOS 8.)
