661-6619 Flash Storage, SSD, 128 GB, TS H01 G

THE SYSTEM WILL BUT BOOT TO OS WILL GOES IN TO RECOVERY OS.

OK. So what is your question? The SSD was replaced. Have you bothered re-installing OS X on the new SSD (using the recovery partition that it's booting into)? You have to install and OS before the system will boot, you know...

I have re-imaged with the Image we use in the school system that we always image the machine with.

In other words, no. Try installing from the recovery partition. See if it works. If it does not, then there is likely something wrong with one or more of the components that were replaced.
