no photos in my photo library but in the Settings > General > usage > strorage it says I have 70 photos taking 5G of my storage

I have zero photos in my photo library. I erased them all.

But in the Settings > General > usage > strorage it says I have 70 photos taking 5G of my storage.

Even in iTunes it shows that I have 70 photos.

How can I fix it.

I cannot erase all content because I have important data.

I bought a new iPhone so I backuped from my old iPhone.

My old iPhone and new one has the same problem.

Please help!!
