I'm trying to sync my iPhone with iTunes.
I keep getting the error message - The iPhone cannot by synced. An unknown error occurred (-4).
Using:
iTunes 12.1.1
iPhone 5s iOS 8.2
Desktop PC, Windows 7
I have already tried:
uninstalling iTunes and reinstalling it
resetting iPhone
Anyone know how to resolve this issue?

Temporarily disable ALL of your antivirus/antispyware software and try again.

I disabled all antivirus/antispyware and it's still not working. Doesn't sync and same error message received.
