None of my phones capacity is matching

When I go to Settings-General-About it says the following:

21 Songs

52 Videos

1017 Photos.

When I go to my "Photos' app it says;

555 Photos

12 Videos.

When I go to my "Music" app it says

21 Songs.

When I plug my iphone into iTunes it says;

Audio 65 Songs

Photos 1069.

Does anyone know how to rectify this so I am not using storage that shouldnt be used? I am using an iPhone 5s with

iPhone 5s, iOS 8.2

Any photos still stored in the "Recently deleted" album?

Did you already try to reset the phone by holding the sleep and home button for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again? You will not lose data by resetting, but it can cure some glitches.

If this does not work, try to set it up as new device, explained in this article:
