Trackpad will not recignise commands

It will make it easier to help you w/ your problem to know the exact model, size, year built, RAM installed and OS you're running.

When you say:

" will not recognise any commands on trackpad"

Does the trackpad click?

"will not recignise anything from keyboard."

Tried an external keyboard?

Has there been any incident prior to this failure?

Liquid or dropping?
