my iPod 4g will not turn on and its bugging me i charged it for 6 hours and tried turning it on nothing happen i looked up how to fit it will not respond to holding
power and home for 30 secs i know the charger works bc it works on my other one
iPod touch, iOS 6.1.6, 4th gen
Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try another cable
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.
