How do I loosen captive screws on iMacG5, 17"? Instructions say #2 Phillips, but that is too big.

The one with the round base? You need a size 00 Phillips: iMac (Flat Panel) and iMac (17-inch Flat Panel): Installing or Replacing Memory - Apple Support
