phone 6 plus ios 8.2 stuck on itunes logo after restore

Hey guy's

My Iphone 6 plus on ios 8.2 is stuck on itunes logo after restoring it.

I have pressed the phone button and power button method but still doesn't work?

Also I have checked my itunes if it is on the latest update ( which is)

done the device manager stuff too.

I am really stuck on what to do now.

Youtubed and googled mostly what can help me but still not resource that works.

Please and thank you if you can help me.

If you are seeing the iTunes logo after the update, then the device is in Recovery Mode. See this support document about trying to update to get it out of Recovery Mode. If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

The iTunes icon and cable means that it's gone into recovery mode, you need to connect the phone to your computer's iTunes and that should recognise it and let you reset it back to factory defaults, after which you can restore to your backup.

If your computer's iTunes doesn't recognise the phone :

PC : iPhone, iPad, or iPod not recognized in iTunes for Windows - Apple Support

Mac : If you don't see your connected device in iTunes for Mac - Apple Support

I have already used that support document already and still nothing.

what i have been hearing is that people are seeing a message when they connect their itunes on the message to restore their phone.

thats what i really want to do but itunes does not even see my iphone BUT i does make a sound that says a usb is connected.

You never said that he device was not being recognized in iTunes. With that information, the answer would have differed. King_Penguin has provided the link for troubleshooting the recognition problem. After that, you should be able to restore the device.

What computer OS are you using? Has the computer ever recognized the iPhone? How did you restore this device?

firstly what i done was to attempt to download ios 8.2 on to my phone through itunes BUT stopped because it took too long so i updated it from my iphone which was faster.

then i noticed that it took a lot of memory of my phone so i tried to restore my phone to try to see if some memorys would come back.

and now i am at the problem which we are having this conversation now.

oh and yes my computer supports ios 8 devices.

well i've recently downloaded the itunes so it should be on the latest? right? unsure how to check.

i restored my phone through itunes so it has recognized it before

If you originally tried to update via that iTunes then your computer supports iOS 8.

You went through all the troubleshooting on the link in my first reply, and tried different cable (if you have one) and different USB port on the computer - or have you got a second computer that you could try ?
