My MacBook Air turns on but then shows a dark blue- black screen and doesn't respond, I can turn it off and have tried turning it back on but the same happens. The apple light on the back turns on and doesnt turn off when I close the lid. Help please
My MacBook Air (Yosemite) turns on but then shows a dark blue- black screen and doesn't respond, I can turn it off and have tried turning it back on but the same happens. The apple light on the back turns on and doesnt turn off when I close the lid. Help please, I have tried to reboot it, (turning it on whilst holding shift and power button) but it hasnt worked
