iOS 8.2 Video App Loses Show Information from iTunes

I just installed 8.2 on my iPAD and when I rsync'ed to iTunes, the organization hierarchy by Show name disappeared. The first level menu of Videos has two shows; one with no-name MP4's that I added to iTunes, and one with one of the shows I purchased on iTunes. In the previous release, the first level menu of Videos had one box for each show regardless if I added the MP4 to iTunes or purchased form the iTunes Store.

What happened to the hierarchy?
