I had my logic board replaced, my iCloud was signed out, when i sign back in I can't retrieve missed iMessages. Time machine does nothing for me. Phone lost all messages too. Are these messages stored on the iCloud? I need help

Did you do a Tima Machine back up of your mac before you had the logic board replaced?
Do you mean old messages? If so then you can do the following:
Launch Finder
go to Library > Messages > Archive
TheSnapDude- I thought I had a TimeMachine back up. When I open the app it shows no previous back up
