Beta Software Program
I just enrolled into the “Apple Beta Software Program.” And I asked how to get the beta but a person said I was late and can't get them why is that and why am I late

No one here can answer your question as we are all other users (and, if someone does know, they are not allowed to talk about it as we are not allowed to discuss anything related to beta software). You'd need to contact Apple; see if anything here will answer your questions:
