i want to take songs from my itunes and put them in windows media player
Locate them in the Windows Explorer and import them to the Windows Media Player.

If you want to do this often see Getting iTunes & Windows Media Player to play nicely. They can both share a common media folder, but iTunes needs to be in charge.
