My Iphone6 charger startet acting up today, then it started smell like burned plastic. Now it's broken.

Earlier today the charger was acting up, charging the iphone then not charging it and so on. And suddenly I noticed a burned smell, and my charger got a hole in it. And now it is dead. What do I do? I've had the iphone for 3 months, the charger should be a bit better than that, considered the price. I am basically phoneless since I don't have any other chargers.
